Starting as humble dairy farmers, the Clarke family has been at the heart of Trewithen Dairy since they began crafting dairy products on their Greymare Farm in 1994. Their hands-on approach, from bottling milk after bedtime to crafting clotted cream by hand, won over many enthusiasts of Cornish dairy delights.
